BRIDGE: Eckington Bridge
A bridge in Worcestershire is set to close for 20 days while repairs take place.
Work on Eckington Bridge, on the Pershore Road between Eckington and Defford, starts tomorrow (Tuesday, July 25).
“Eckington Bridge will be fully closed to all traffic for 20 days starting tomorrow for bridge parapet repair works,” said a spokesperson for Worcestershire Highways.
“Please follow signed diversions.”
The bridge was closed for two days earlier this year because of flash flooding.
