TWO cars were on fire and a third had a window smashed in an Evesham road.
Fire crews and police visited Port Street at 1.22am this morning (Wednesday, May 17) after three vehicles were damaged.
Two firefighters extinguished a small vehicle on fire which they said was completely damaged by the blaze.
The fire also damaged a second vehicle and the third car had a broken window.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) said the third car had signs of criminal damage.
There were no casualties reported at the incident.
Police have launched enquiries and are looking for CCTV following the incident.
A HWFRS spokesperson said: "A crew from Evesham Fire Station was called at 1.22am on May 17 to a small vehicle on fire in Port Street, Evesham.
"One vehicle was 100 per cent damaged by fire, a second vehicle was also damaged by fire, while a third was criminally damaged with a broken window.
"Two firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fires.
"There were no casualties, and police also attended.
"The incident was marked as pending closure at 2.46am."
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police added: "We were called to Port Street in Evesham shortly before 1.30am this morning following a report of two vehicles on fire.
"Officers attended, and CCTV enquiries are ongoing."
