A "Belgian shepherd" running loose in a village near Evesham has attacked another dog.
West Mercia Police officers were called to Offenham this morning following reports of a dog on the loose.
Members of the Evesham Safer Neighbourhood Team arrived at around 8.30am to find that a large dog, described as a Belgian shepherd cross, had attacked another dog.
Officers were in attendance shortly after the attack but have not yet been able to find the dog.
Meanwhile, the dog that was attacked has not been seriously injured.
Police have been able to identify the owner and investigations are now underway.
