A MAN has been fined over £700 for dodging a £14.50 train ticket.
Musobekov Ozod, 35, travelled from Pershore Pershore Railway Station on a Great Western Railway train without paying the fare of £14.50 on August 29 2022.
Ozod, of Salters Lane, Lower Moor, was deemed to have avoided payment of the ticket with intent.
He had his verdict proved in absence at Worcester Magistrates' Court on February 17 2023.

Ozod was fined £440 and was made to pay compensation of £5.70.
He was also made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £88 and costs of £180.
Ozod has until March 17 to pay the total costs of £713.70.
