A VALE man has been fined after being caught by a speed camera on the M5.
Richard Povey, aged 53, drove a Renault van between junctions six and five on the M5 heading northbound, at a speed exceeding 60mph on July 15.
Povey, of Peopleton, near Pershore, pleaded guilty in a single justice procedure at Worcester Magistrates' Court on February 2 2023.

He was fined £116 and was made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £46.
Povey was also made to pay costs of £90 and his driving record was endorsed with three points.
He has until March 10 to pay the total balance of £252.
