A MERCEDES driver from Evesham has been banned from obtaining a diving licence for six months.
Mateasz Kowalinski, 25, drove a Mercedes E200 at a speed exceeding 70mph on the M5.
Kowalinski, of West Street, pleaded guilty in a single justice procedure at Worcester Magistrates' Court on January 13 2023.

He was also fined £330 and to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £132.
Kowalinski was also made to pay costs of £90.
He has until March 10 to pay the total balance of £552.
