SUPERSIZED Valentine’s bouquets created by an Evesham florist have sent Facebook users into a frenzy.
Silver Birch at BHGS, based at Vale Park, shared a photo of a huge bouquet of flowers it created ahead of Valentine's Day.
The florist probably weren’t expecting to see such a huge response though.
By 3.30pm on February 14, the post has been liked almost 20,000 times with over 1,900 comments from all across the country.
Among them, Wrexham resident Louise Gill, wrote: “Someone is going to be happy today.
“Whoever bought them surely loves this lucky person.”
Another Facebook user, Joanne Haddon, added: “Stunning. As a florist myself I know what work goes into these and just like everything else beautiful healthy flowers are expensive.
“Lucky ladies who are receiving these.”
However, some commenters were slightly more sceptical.
Johann Sumner said: “It’s beautiful. Must be someone that’s in the doghouse. Either way the recipient is one very lucky person.”
And Lucy Fenech commented: “Gorgeous, also shouts guilty, over-compensating, or just very lucky to afford something so amazing.”
Silver Birch, previously located on Port Street, joined forces with BHGS Floral Art last year to become Silver Birch at BHGS.
The florist has made seven of the bumper bouquets and has received order requests from all over the world, including the United States and New Zealand.
It has been so busy with Valentine’s orders the florist has had to start turning people away.
Silver Birch at BHGS will be ready to create more of the giant bouquets come Mother’s Day, which is March 19 if you were wondering.
