A MAN is set to stand trial after pleading not guilty to forging prescriptions in Evesham.
James Tucker, 30, of Ashtree Close, Woolwell, Plymouth, is alleged to have made a false prescription between February 1 2020 and June 27 2020 to pick up a scheduled drug.
Tucker pleaded not guilty to the charge at Plymouth District Magistrates' Court on February 7 2023.

He is also alleged to have made separate fake prescriptions on six other occasions between November 5 2019 and July 15 2020 and between November 5 2019 and July 30 2020.
A plea has not been given for these charges.
The case will now be sent for trial at Worcester Crown Court on March 7 at 10am.
