An Evesham man has been accused of stealing a waste management firm’s van and driving it dangerously.
Davis Cuss, of School Lane in Middle Littleton, is alleged to have stolen an Iveco Daily van from FCC Environment UK, Wychavon District Council's waste and recycling collections contractor.
The alleged incident happened on September 28 of last year in South Littleton.
On the same day, Cuss is said to have driven the vehicle “dangerously” on Bretforton Road in Badsey, Birmingham Road in Blackminster, and other roads in the area.
He also faces a charge of having driven the van without third-party insurance along Station Road in South Littleton on this date.
Cuss, 32, is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 9.
