Dead puppies have been found “dumped like rubbish” on wasteland in a Worcestershire town.
Wychavon District Council said the emaciated puppies were found in Badsey.

The council is asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Worcestershire Regulatory Services on 01905 822799.
