A 40-YEAR-old denied GBH when he appeared before magistrates.
Anthony Billinge appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, (January 26).
He pleaded not guilty to one charge of wounding, inflicting grevious bodily harm without intent.
The charge reads: "On May 27, 2022, at Broadway (Billinge) unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grevious bodily harm upon a person."
Fatima Yasmin, prosecuting, said the crown believed the case was suitable for a magistrates court trial and, after the magistrates discussed it, chairman of the magistrates bench, Ian Latimer, announced they agreed.
