An Evesham woman will have to pay hundreds of pounds after watching TV without a licence.
Ella Powell, of Littleworth Street, will have to pay £459 after using a television receiver at her home between August 23 and September 21, 2021.
The 27-year-old was handed a fine at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
She will have to pay a fine of £220, a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £205 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The total of £459 must be paid by February 7 of this year.
A standard colour television licence costs £159 per year.
