Motorists are being urged to take care after water spilt out onto a main road into Evesham.
The A44 is currently submerged, causing slow traffic in both directions between Chadbury Road and the Wood Norton Hotel and retirement home.
According to the AA traffic map, the road is still "just passable" but Worcestershire County Council's highways team has urged drivers to "approach with care".
