FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a chimney fire in a Worcestershire village on Thursday night.
A crew from Worcester went out to the fire in Bishampton, near Pershore, at 9.27pm.
A Hereford and Worcester Fire Service spokesman said: "The fire was extinguished using chimney rods and associated equipment.

"A thermal image camera was also used."
The fire spokesman said the fire was quickly put out with advice given to the homeowners about the condition of the chimney.
Firefighters left at 11.15pm.
