A Vale riding school has issued a desperate plea after its horses were left stood up.
Moyfield Riding School, on Shinehill Lane in South Littleton, has taken to social media to urge people to let them know if they need to cancel.
A spokesperson for the school has said that horses have been left ready and waiting for riders who never show up.
The Facebook post read: "If you are unable to make your lessons then please get in touch with us remember the horses and us are here ready and waiting for your arrival!
"It takes two minutes to just let us know you won’t be here.
"If customers could please be at the riding school 10-15 mins before lessons.
"This way it’ll give everyone enough time to get on board and help lessons run on time."
