POLICE and ambulance crews have been spotted at a shopping centre in Pershore.
Emergency Services arrived at Bakers Arcade in the town at around 2pm today (September 27) where is is believed a man has been injured.
An eyewitness said they saw officers and ambulance crews helping a man after what appeared to be an altercation in one of the shops.
As a result, that section of the centre has reportedly been closed off while emergency services deal with the incident.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 2.04pm to reports of an assault on High Street in Pershore.
"One ambulance attended the scene. Upon arrival we found a man. He was assessed and had sustained serious injuries.
"He received treatment from ambulance staff before being conveyed to hospital for further treatment."
