Residents of Evesham have just hours remaining to sign the book of condolence.
The book was opened at the Almonry the day after Buckingham Palace announced the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
The period of national mourning officially ended with her funeral yesterday and the book will therefore close at 5pm this afternoon.
How Evesham mourned Her Majesty:
- People of Evesham pay tribute to Her Majesty The Queen
- Vicar of Evesham recalls humorous first meeting with Queen Elizabeth II
- Evesham community comes together to watch Queen’s funeral at pubs and cinema
- Evesham man travelled to London at midnight to join Lying In State queues
- 'She's been the nation's mother for years' - More tributes to Queen
Meanwhile, at 8am this morning, the Union Flag on the town's flagpole outside the Almonry was raised to full mast, along with other government and local authority buildings across the country.
Floral tributes left at the bottom of the flagpole will be removed in the next few days.
Evesham Town Council has said that flowers and other natural materials left in tribute will be composted in order to be re-used.
A spokesperson for the council said: "Many thanks to everyone who has attended or participated in any of the commemorative events over the past days."
