The people of Evesham have paid their tributes following the death of Her Majesty The Queen.
Buckingham Palace announce that Queen Elizabeth II had died at Balmoral, aged 96, on Thursday September 9.
People all over the country entered a state of mourning, including in Evesham.
The town’s mayor, councillor Mark Goodge, was among the first to sign the book of condolence which opened at the Almonry museum.
He said: “This is the end of an era and something none of us are ever going to see again.
“She has been such an incredible figure in the lives of so many people.
“There is nothing more I can say other than what an incredible lifetime she has lived and how profoundly sad we are at her passing.”
