A popular bar in Evesham is fundraising for Ukraine with a huge music-themed event on St George's Day.
The Valkyrie Bar will be arranging a full day of live music, children's entertainment and more in the Market Square next month.
All proceeds will be going to help refugees fleeing the war and the ongoing situation in Ukraine.
Steve Richford, owner of The Valkyrie Bar, has been organising lots of different things for the day.
He said: "We are going to have a stage in the Market Square which has kindly been donated to us, and we are providing all of the sound system and lighting from the bar.
"We have ten bands that are performing from midday to 10pm who have all volunteered to perform for free to help fundraise.
"Local businesses in the area have been amazing and have donated lots of fun prizes for our raffle
"As well as this, we will have market stalls for guests to come and look at and also magic, balloons and face painting opportunities for kids.
"It is lining up to be a really great event."
Two years ago, the team from The Valkyrie BAr decided to organise an event to celebrate St George's Day but the plans were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Steve said that a day usually celebrating England seemed like a fitting day to fundraise for an important cause.
He said: " It seemed like a perfect opportunity to hold the event and try to help out a lot of people who are suffering.
"The event is still constantly growing as well which is amazing."
Donation buckets will be placed at various locations throughout the event if you would like to contribute.
The Valkyrie Bar are also fundraising through a JustGiving link which you can access here.
The event follows a wide variety of fundraising opportunities that have taken place throughout the county.
