A 'significant slice' of Broadway High Street is up for sale, offering the rare opportunity to shape the village’s future.
A package of eight properties on the main road through the village has been put on the market by local commercial property firm, KBW Chartered Surveyors, on behalf of the HW Keil Estate.
The properties, all built circa 1659 to 1857, are being sold as a single lot with six commercial properties and two residential.
The majority of the portfolio will be offered with vacant possession however two of the properties, South View House and Tudor House, are subject to existing tenancies.
Broadway is know for its art galleries, antique shops, museums, and hotels, drawing visitors from across the world.
It is for this reason that senior director at KBW, Richard Knightley, believes this to be an unmissable opportunity.
He said: “Very rarely does such a piece of prime real estate come to the market and we are delighted to be involved with such a prestigious portfolio sale.
“The Keil name is synonymous with Broadway’s history and the proposed sale will undoubtedly shape the future of Broadway’s High Street when a new owner takes the reins.”
Anyone wishing to find out more about the portfolio is asked to contact Richard Knightley or Laura Hatten of KBW’s agency team on 01242 244744 or email enquiries@kbw.co.uk.
