A HOTEL is running a Halloween event for youngsters to enjoy in a bid to raise money for charity.
Colwall Park Hotel, in Malvern, has received a makeover inside and out, with a light projection show on the front of the hotel to music.
The light show is running every evening until Sunday (November 1).
On Saturday the hotel is offering kids to eat free, candy for the children, prize for best dressed and also the staff will be in fancy dress.
Events manager, Karen Wheatstone, said: “Obviously Halloween isn’t going to be the same this year with Covid-19. So, we decided that we wanted to help children of the village be able to enjoy a different take on trick or treating this year.
“We organised this for the children of Colwall. Colwall is a small village and has a real community feel. We hope this will put a smile on lots of children’s and adults faces this Halloween.”
The hotel is asking visitors to donate in the collection box, where all the monies raised will go to St Richard’s hospice.
Karen added: “St Richards Hospice is one of the hotels nominated charities that we support with any fund raising we do. It’s such a great charity to support.”
