CROWDS descended on the banks of the Avon to enjoy this year's Evesham River Festival.
Evesham's annual riverboat festival included all of its usual favourites including live music, entertainment and river activities before an illuminated boat parade and fireworks in the evening.
Boaters were welcomed to this year's festival and the crowds were able to enjoy a whole host of live musical entertainment in Workman Gardens including Avonbank Brass Band, Worcestershire Levellers, Water Ukraine Band and Matt Bate.
Activities included raft building, water displays featuring paddle boarders and there was also entertainment from the Aria Dance Company.
There was also a family zone, narrowboats and steam boats with the main attraction the 1933 RNLI lifeboat that has a history in rescuing lives and was later named after the helm who gave his life to save others.
The spectacular finale as ever was the eye-catching illuminated boat parade, featuring a flotilla of bedecked boats.
