EVESHAM salon Vanilla Moon is set right in the heart of the historic town centre.
The salon, which opened in October last year, brings the customer to a tranquil, home from home, spa-like environment offering a whole range of beauty and holistic treatments focusing on organic skincare and an escape from everyday stresses.
Owner and therapist Lucy Howson worked as a skincare and make-up specialist for Clarins, and has competed successfully in national beauty competitions and, more recently, worked on photo shoots as a make-up artist for local magazines.
She is remaining positive about the impending closure of Abbey Bridge which will be shut completely for a period of 10 weeks from mid- September.
During the closure Vanilla Moon is offering a number of incentives and offers so that its trade doesn’t suffer when the bridge is out of action.
Lucy said she would be offering a refund on parking up to two hours, a free manicure with every pedicure, free upgrade from Swedish massage to hot stones (perfect for stress, depression, IBS, insomnia and many other conditions) and organic gifts with every facial.
Vanilla Moon is located next to the popular Cobwebs café at the bottom of Bridge Street, in the former premises of Pink Silhouette.
In 2012, Lucy and Vanilla Moon were awarded the ‘small business entrepeneur of the year’ award and as she is the only therapist who works at the salon it guarantees a truly personal touch with each customer able to enjoy exclusive use of the salon while their treatments are being carried out.
For more information on treatments call 07540 854649 and on arrival Lucy will be waiting with a welcoming cup of tea.
