ALLEN Carolyn, Jim, Ethel and Digby would like to thank the Paramedic Ambulance Crew, Worcester Royal Hospital and Birmingham Queen ElIzabeth for saving the life of Spencer Allen Cropthorne following his sudden heart attack on June 11, 2008. We can never thank you all enough. Also to thank all further family, friends, neighbours, colleagues who have given their support to us during the past few weeks. We are extremely grateful.
